1. Who manages the Girona FC online store?
The official Girona FC online store is managed by Girona FC SAD. For any questions, please contact botigaonline@gironafc.cat.
2. What can I do in the online store?
You can browse official club products, place orders, and manage your purchases. Using the store means accepting the general terms and conditions.
3. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, China, and Japan. For other destinations, you must either pick up in-store or ship to an address within the listed regions.
4. Are all products always available?
Not always. While we try to keep stock updated, some products may run out. Some items may have purchase limits per customer.
5. Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU may incur additional customs duties or local taxes.
6. What payment methods are available?
Payments are made through a secure payment gateway. We do not issue paper invoices. Electronic invoices are legally valid.
7. Can I return a product?
- Right of withdrawal: Customers in the EU have 14 calendar days to return a product without giving a reason.
- Exchanges: Exchanges can be made by sending the item to the Official Montilivi Store. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns of customized items, masks, mugs, bottles, baby products, etc., if opened or used.
8. Is there an extended return policy?
Yes. Beyond the legal 14 days, we offer a voluntary return period of up to 60 days (except non-returnable or customized products). Items must be unused and in original condition.
