Who manages the Girona FC online store?<\/strong><br>The official Girona FC online store is managed by Girona FC SAD. What can I do in the online store?<\/strong><br>You can browse official club products, place orders, and manage your purchases. Using the store means accepting the general terms and conditions.<\/p><p><strong>3. Which countries do you ship to?<\/strong><br>We ship to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, China, and Japan. For other destinations, you must either pick up in-store or ship to an address within the listed regions.<\/p><p><strong>4. Are all products always available?<\/strong><br>Not always. While we try to keep stock updated, some products may run out. Some items may have purchase limits per customer.<\/p><p><strong>5. Are prices inclusive of VAT?<\/strong><br>Yes. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU may incur additional customs duties or local taxes.<\/p><p><strong>6. What payment methods are available?<\/strong><br>Payments are made through a secure payment gateway. We do not issue paper invoices. Electronic invoices are legally valid.<\/p><p><strong>7. Can I return a product?<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Right of withdrawal:<\/strong> Customers in the EU have 14 calendar days to return a product without giving a reason.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Exchanges:<\/strong> Exchanges can be made by sending the item to the Official Montilivi Store. Return shipping costs are the buyer&#8217;s responsibility.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Non-returnable items:<\/strong> We do not accept returns of customized items, masks, mugs, bottles, baby products, etc., if opened or used.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. Is there an extended return policy?<\/strong><br>Yes. Beyond the legal 14 days, we offer a voluntary return period of up to 60 days (except non-returnable or customized products).
