We recommend you read these points before using the Girona FC online store. By using this website, the user agrees to the terms of use detailed below. If you do not agree with the terms of use, you should leave the online store.

1. Girona FC Online Store Website

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that Girona FC SAD, with registered address at Avinguda Montilivi, 141, 17003 Girona, registered in the Mercantile Register of Girona, volume 2760, folio 31, page GI-49598, is the owner of the website https://botiga.gironafc.cat. For any queries related to the services, you can contact the club via email botigaonline@gironafc.cat.

The Girona FC Online Store is an official website of Girona FC SAD (hereinafter, The Club). The Club reserves the right to alter the content of this website at any time without prior notice. Therefore, users are advised to frequently check the conditions set out in the legal notice. The use of this website implies that the user accepts any update to the version of this page.

2.Purpose and description of the Service

The purpose is to establish and regulate the terms and conditions related to the application and purchase process of official Girona FC products between the Client and the Club.

"The User" is the person browsing the Girona FC Online Store website without completing a purchase or service process.

"The Client" is the User who, in addition to browsing the Website, completes a purchase or service process.

In these cases, the Client acts as a final consumer and will not resell official Girona FC products.

3.Geographical scope of the Service

The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to:

  • Spanish territory
  • EU
  • China
  • Japan
  • UK

If you wish to place an order from another country through this website, of course, you can do so; however, please note that we only offer deliveries to one of the Club's official stores or to a shipping address in Spanish territory or the aforementioned territories.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the EU are subject to an additional charge. To receive the merchandise in these destinations, the customer must bear all taxes, duties and customs fees that are required (see section 6)

4.Entry into force of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract

4.1 These Purchase Conditions will apply to all offers and contracts related to the sale and delivery of products by us. In other words, when you (i) place an order for any product through our website, (ii) place an order for any product through any website directly connected to our website, or (iii) accept any of the offers for products we offer you, you will be agreeing to be bound by these Purchase Conditions.

4.2 It will only be possible to deviate from these Purchase Conditions when this has been agreed with us in writing.

4.3 Please note that limited edition or limited production Products may also be offered for sale, which may have additional restrictions, such as limiting the number of Products a consumer can order. Such additional restrictions will be made known to you through our website.

4.4 All Products displayed on the website are subject to availability. This means that, although we strive to ensure that our website reflects stock availability, it is possible that some of the Products appearing on it may no longer be available for sale.

4.5 These Conditions, including Service fees, may be modified by GIRONA FC at any time, for technical, operational, economic, service or market reasons, with prior communication to the Client in accordance with current legislation. The Client accepts that these Conditions may be modified if a legal or regulatory provision so requires, and GIRONA FC will inform them if they are affected.

4.6 By using the Girona FC Online Store and placing orders therein, the Client agrees to the following:

a) Use this website solely for legally valid queries or orders.

b) Refrain from placing false or fraudulent orders.

c) Provide the personal data necessary for the management of your orders and/or queries, which will be processed as indicated in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees/VAT

GIRONA FC will charge the Client for the purchase of official products the fees that GIRONA FC has in force at any given time in its commercial offer, which will be available to the Client in the Girona FC Online Store. The current fees, prices, discounts and taxes are broken down according to the products purchased.

Variations that may affect legally transferable taxes to the Client will not be considered modifications of the fees, and will come into force on the date legally established.

In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of products will be understood to have taken place in the Spanish VAT application territory when the delivery address is within the aforementioned territory, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Likewise, it provides for the transposition of article 34 of European Directive 2006/112/CE, which regulates the application of the general rule and the special rule in sales considered distance sales with a delivery destination in another EU country.

We may charge shipping costs, which will vary depending on the Product and the shipping method. All shipping costs will be charged independently, itemized, and added to the final order amount.

6. Invoicing and payment methods

GIRONA FC will charge the Client for the provision of the Service, the fees and prices according to the rates and conditions described in these General Conditions and in the current commercial offer on the Website. In accordance with the latest legislative developments, electronic invoices are valid for all purposes, so GIRONA FC will not issue any invoices in paper format.

The Client will pay the amounts accrued for the provision of the Service through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution.

7. Right of withdrawal from purchase.

7.1 The right of withdrawal is only applicable to consumers and residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), i.e., any member state of the European Union as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. In such a case, the Client who purchases official products through the Girona FC Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date on which the user or a third party on their behalf receives the order. If the products in the order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will count from the day the last product delivered is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at botigaonline@gironafc.cat, and communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). You may use the withdrawal form template that appears as Annex 1 to these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline (14 calendar days) expires.

You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract whose object is the supply of any of the official products detailed in section 7.4

7.2 Exchanges and returns.

Remember that neither you nor we are interested in you keeping a product that does not satisfy you.

The return policy of the Girona FC Online Store is very simple: once your order is received, you have 14 days to check the items and return them for another product, counting from the receipt of the order, always in its original condition, keeping all its product labels.

7.3 Changes:

To exchange a product, you must send the item to be returned with a copy of your order, indicating the reason why you want to exchange the item, to the address:

In case of exchange, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Girona FC will in no case be responsible for losses if returned or exchanged packages are not delivered to the address provided, are lost or incomplete by the courier company.

7.4 What cannot be returned?

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Any personalized product (considered a personalized product is the player's name or number/Client's name/surname).
  • Masks / Bottles / Jars / Mugs / baby accessories and all products delivered sealed for safety, health or hygiene reasons whose seal has been removed after delivery.
  • Any product that does not retain the labels with which the product is delivered.
  • Products that have been used or have deteriorated as a result of use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
  • Products not purchased from the Girona FC Online Store

8. Voluntary Return Guarantee additional to your legal Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the right of withdrawal contained in section 8 of these conditions (and any other applicable legal right), we offer you a Voluntary Return Guarantee that allows you to withdraw from the sales contract without needing to allege a just cause during the 46 days following the Withdrawal Period, which means that the return period is a total of 60 days (hereinafter, the "Voluntary Return Period").

Please note that the Voluntary Return Period does not apply to Personalized Products (or any indicated in section 7.4; we inform you that the Voluntary Return Period applies only for 14 days).

We offer this Voluntary Return Guarantee subject to the provisions of the right of Withdrawal, Exchanges and Returns and the following conditions:

  • Official Products must not have been used or show damage beyond normal use for inspection, and must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Only returns of garments will be accepted when the original label has not been removed (none of the above affects the legal rights described above, especially the right of guarantee and the right of withdrawal).
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return under this Voluntary Return Guarantee without any compensation when the Standard Products returned do not meet the above conditions.

If you withdraw from a sales contract during the Voluntary Return Period, we will refund the full amount received, including shipping costs (provided that the Official Products returned comprise the complete order, and with the exception of any additional costs arising from the choice of a shipping method other than the cheapest standard one we offer, where applicable) within fourteen (14) days following the date on which we received the notification of return. To proceed with this refund, we will use the same payment method used to make the original transaction, unless a different method is agreed upon; in no circumstances will such refunds incur additional fees.

9. Legal Guarantee

In the case of defective products, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the user may proceed to exchange the product through the return process with a valid proof of purchase within three (3) years from the date of delivery (for products purchased before January 1, 2022, the term will be two (2) years from the date of delivery). This legal guarantee will regulate all cases related to the application of the legal guarantee, which will always be governed by the provisions of articles 114 to 126 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, regardless of whether the applicable law to the contract is (in the case of consumers/users) that of the consumer's domicile, provided that they reside in an EEA member state.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with the Girona FC Online Store and using this website as a shopping resource.
Girona FC is a registered trademark of Girona FC S.A.D. All other trademarks, product names, company names and/or logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners. The use of registered trademarks without the prior written consent of the owner, as well as third parties who own them, is not permitted.

Likewise, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into an automated file owned by GIRONA FC, duly registered in the General Registry of Personal Data Protection, mainly for the following purposes:

  • Marketing, maintenance of the present relationship and service management.
  • Sending commercial communications both electronically and in paper format.

GIRONA FC informs you that, where applicable, the following transfers may be made:

  • To Tax Authorities, for the fulfillment of tax obligations, as well as to Financial Entities for the management of collections and payments.
  • To Municipal Consumer Information Offices, or any other local, regional or state administration with competence in matters of consumer disputes.
  • To Courts and Tribunals, Security Forces and Corps in accordance with the requirements imposed by data protection regulations.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The User and/or Client contracts with GIRONA FC subject to the regime established at any given time by the current Spanish regulations applicable to the Services provided by GIRONA FC by virtue of this Legal Notice and Purchase Conditions.
