If you access YouTube videos embedded on the Platform, LaLiga informs you that the controller of your personal data for the purpose of providing you with content viewing services will be Google Ireland Limited, with registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When we track users in the store.

In our stores and establishments managed or owned by Girona FC, we use video cameras, as well as WiFi sensors and cameras for in-store analytics purposes. Specifically, these technologies are used to determine the number of visitors, traffic patterns within the stores, and interest in displayed items. Video image data is not stored permanently. Although we may use an external provider to provide these services, WiFi data and images collected in stores will not be shared with third parties for their own purposes and will not be used to personally identify you except for issues related to fraud prevention and loss, and to prevent or investigate alleged criminal activity as permitted by law, as well as video surveillance in the Club's sports facilities and other Club facilities.

When we aggregate or centralize data.

We aggregate and centralize Personal Data for analysis and innovation purposes, as well as to improve the services we provide to our customers and users.

When you ask us to personalize clothing, products, or Services.

We use the photos, videos, or other data you provide to us to personalize clothing, products, or Services.
