Size guide

Compare your measurements with the following tables. The measurements correspond to the body and are expressed in centimeters; they do not indicate the width or length of the garment.

For t-shirts and sweatshirts, first check the chest measurement. For trousers, check the waist and hips; if they are long, also check the inseam.

How to take measurements

Use a flexible measuring tape. Take measurements with the body relaxed and without thick clothing. Keep the tape horizontal when measuring a circumference.

  • Chest: wrap the tape around the widest part of the chest.
  • Waist: wrap around the narrowest part of the waist, above the navel.
  • Hips: wrap around the widest part of the hips and buttocks.
  • Inseam: measure vertically from the crotch to the bottom of the heel. If it's easier, ask for help to keep the tape straight.
  • Height: measure yourself without shoes, standing upright with your back straight, from the top of your head to the floor.

To measure a child, do it without shoes and without thick clothing. For height, the child must be standing; for chest, waist, and hips, keep the tape horizontal and without pulling it tight.

Frequently asked questions

Do the measurements correspond to the body or the garment?
They are body measurements. Do not directly compare the width of a t-shirt laid flat with the chest circumference in the table.
